I have recently changed the disks/drums on the rear of my 190 and also changed the brake pads - the parking brake shoes were not changed as they appeared to be in good condition. When I raise a rear wheel and apply the parking brake, the wheel can be rotated a few degrees before locking up. Does anyone know why it is possible to rotate the wheel a few degrees when the parking brake is on?
