Need some input. Which one is better? Thanks

Whatever you decide, you need the correct 38pin adapter for under the hood access to all your modules.
I use several scanners including the MD802.

It SHOULD read live data. Our Foxwell model does.
Always confirm with the seller.
As for the icarsoft, never used that one so I cant comment on it.

According to what I gathered, the Foxwell NT350 is for C Class: 202*(As of 06/97), 203 , 204 , 205, so if model year is below that was listed, it may not be fully functional. Am I allowed to post the URL here?
You can.
In addition, be mindful that you will still need the correct 38pin adapter that WORKS with the NT350, so you need to confirm that there is a correct adapter that they sell that works with this model.
Just because the seller has a 38pin they sell, does not mean it can be used on ALL there models across the board.
Many buyers forget or do not realize the older models require module reading and erasing, etc thru the 38pin under the hood.

I never had any luck getting an answer from Foxwell that made sense. Or any answer at all from ICarSoft. No luck being able to order products from a vendor I could ask questions of.

finally found that NAPA was selling AUTEL MX808 scanner on their website for over $100 under what it was going for on Amazon. Had to call and talk with a live salesman who was also able to order me a 38 pin adapter. All total I paid $444 with tax for both.

38 pin adapter worked fine. Able to register product on line with Autel and have a year of free updates.

For further clarification,
Please specify which MB make, model, year vehicles you are successfully using this scanner for to access the majority or all of the modules.

I decided against Foxwell and iCarSoft. I could not get hold of either company via phone. I got e-mail from Foxwell, and it was obvious that there was a language barrier. There was no specific Foxwell 38-pin adapter that they could guarantee would work with their scanners. iCarSoft I could not get in touch with at all through either e-mail or phone.

I did get in touch with the folks from Autel. I wanted to order the MX-808 scanner through FCP Euro, but they couldn't get any info on the Autel 38-pin adapter and didn't even think it would work with the MX-808 and my car. So I found that NAPA could get me the scanner and (with a little legwork from a local counterperson) the 38-pin adapter. I ordered the scanner and adapter from NAPA for the price of the scanner alone on the FCP Euro site. And of course the scanner told me that certain functions could only be accessed via the 38-pin adapter - which worked perfectly. About the only thing the scanner doesn't do is ABS bleed and auto VIN. I am very happy with this scanner and would recommend it to others.
