Re: 300TE crack in exhaust manifold where meets with egr valve.

Guys, my head gasket was recently done and they did a great job. I guess it was there before, but the part of the exhaust manifold that meets the egr valve had i believe JB Weld paste to cover a small leak. I know it's ok, but if I wanted to replace that one manifold, where would I have to buy it (Not Autohaus?) I don't know. I am kind of paranoid that CO2 will come in the cabin..Am I getting too paranoi? Thoughts?

The engine compartment has no connection to the cabin air inlet. That is why you have rubber gasket at the windshield gutter so poisoning even with big leak is not likely.
Is the JB holding? New manifold might cost pretty penny.

Yeah, it is holding. I guess i'll leave it. Anew one would be easy to put on, right? Just get new gaskets and nuts. Thanks guys!
