Rare mod? - 3rd row cupholder

So you have 3rd row seats, but do you have these?

OEM cupholders for the 3rd row. (photos thanks to rracerrx)

Excuse me fellas, I feel like the lone idiot here. I'm still searching for an installation of these cupholders in the 3rd row seat area. From reading these posts, this is not a MB installation - or is it? So who installs it or how does one get it installed?
