Having managed to flog the V280 wheels locally i set about removing them.....I was shocked when i saw the state of the calipers and discs...i'm guessing that the rears are seized solid and from my experience driving the van back home after purchase i'd say the fronts are about 50% effective.....Shocking rust all over the suspension arms and shocks...the pad pins liook like little Cadbury Flakes.....I'd say a total rebuild would be necessary so i'll bin them...
Was wondering if the van was ever sitting in a flood.........:)

its been parked up for at least a fiew months, i wouldnt bin them just yet strip them down fit a new set of discs, pads and a fitting kit, greese the sliders and fresh break fluid and see how the calipers work after that then if all good a stiff wire brush and some decent caliper paint to protect them in the future
