I'm installing new speakers and cleaning up the wiring to the aftermarket radio that the previous owner made a mess of. Since I am running new speaker wiring directly to the speakers I don't need to sort out the OEM speaker wiring. But there are a couple of wires that I'm not sure of and need help identifying.

This group seems to be the alarm wiring to the OEM radio and I'm assuming that I can leave it unplugged and not worry about it.

I don't know where this plug came from. It has a black/yellow wire. My tempcontrol button lights don't work, maybe this plugs into the upper center console somewhere?

The blue/white wire (the one without the wirenut on it) could be the antenna control wire. Is that correct?
The other wiring with the wirenuts attach I have figured out.

in the top picture you can ignore those two wires. they have something to do w/ the anti-theft feature on the stock radio.

I guess the bottom picture could be the Gray/Blue illumination wire, if that is the case than I haven't found the power antenna wire yet.

There are also 2 wires which are black and yellow striped. Those need to be connected together with your power wire or else your rear defroster and glove box light won't work.

Yes, I traced that out, thanks. Its always good to get confirmation from someone who's been there before. I believe those are the wires in the last photo that have the green slash on them also. I also think the black/yellow wire with the plug in the second photo is the auto mute wire from the cell transmitter to the radio. I will confirm that tonight.

There is no power antenna wire. Once you plug the antenna on the head unit and you turn on the radio, it will come out.

I think I found the blue antenna activation wire, it was covered with black tubing and spliced with the power wire to the bass amp in the trunk that runs with the speaker wires. Wow, just like the wiring diagram shows, imagine that  The blue/gray wire in the last photo I'm sure is the illumination wire. I think that raps up all the wiring questions I had, thanks for the help.

I've got most of the wirings figured out, except for one part, my vanity mirror, map lights and ashtray as well as the door buzzer doesn't come on

as for the flat plug with the power/memory/illumination/ground, what is the order of the wires?

I have it (looking at the plug pins facing you, left to right)

1 - Ground(brown)
2 - Power(Red)
3 - Illumination (blue/grayish)
4 - Memory (red)

that's correct, no?

on another note, my speaker wires are a different colour being brown/red and grey/brown...

Is your clock working?

Have you checked fuse #13? And not just taking a glance at it, but actually taking it out and looking at it and maybe trying another fuse that is known to be good.

What about the wires to the L&R door speakers?

Those wires are connected somewhere in the rear of the car with the rear speakers. They share the same speaker input wire.
The door speaker wires come from the amplifier that is mounted in the trunk. I just disconnected the power wire to the amp and left the door speakers in. The amp activation wire is the black one that is also tied to the antenna (blue) wire. So when the OEM radio is turned on it raises the antenna and activates the amp.
