If you remove the old radiator and install a new one, do you need to unbolt the engine oil cooler from the radiator first, or do you disconnect the oil lines to the cooler and remove both as a unit. It looks like the oil cooler is bolted to the radiator.

There are 2 clamps that are connected to the radiator. As mentioned by 123wagon83, when you loosen these bolts, you can lift the radiator out of the clamps....assuming you've done the rest of the other stuff like drain radiator, loosen all hoses. So, no you don't have to remove the oil cooler lines to remove the radiator.
