hey guys, from what i have read here and there, i think one of my diesels needs a updated rack damper screw. can anyone show me where it is mounted in the fuel pump? i think i see the head of it but i need to know for sure. also, has anyone changed out theirs? results?

I believe it is in the same general location as the shut off valve - in the top rear of the pump (towards the rear of car).

You need to upgrade this thing if you have uneven and varying idle once the engine is warmed up.

Make sure the idle does not vary due to linkage sticking on top of the valve cover.
