I just purchased a Timeport phone and want to get the phone integration kit to go w/ my command system. Has anyone had this installed after the fact?? If so how much was the kit and the install. BTW, 2000 CLK 430. Also does anyone have a problem with the BAS and ESP system malfunctioning when its cold outside?? Mine goes off at least 3-5 times a week. Its simple to turn off(turn steering wheel all the way left then right) but its kind of annoying. Any suggestions?? TIA.<p>SJAMES

The kit is about $1200 plus about $300 to install.
