Hello,

I just bought a SLK 32 AMG and have three questions:

1) The car didnt come with an owners manual, where can I order one online? Are there any web resources or reproductions of the owners manual available for free that I can reference in the short term until a hardcopy can arrive?

2) Since I dont have the manual, I cant seem to figure out how to open the hardtop, any help? I have Googled for help and no luck.

3) Sideview mirror adjustments?

mirrors are round littl knob in the center console, turn it left to right to adjust different mirrors.

hard top, make sure the storage divider in the trunk is in place (pull the thing back) an then pull the red switch back in the center console.

It sounds like you didn't get any kind of tutorial before or after the purchase.

1. I have the official softcopy of the owner's manual in Adobe .pdf format. I downloaded it from mbusa.com, but I had to sign up for Owners Online to get it. Unfortunately, I can't e-mail it because it's 27MB.

2. Use the red button in the center console that is sort-of shaped like a roof. Pull it back and hold it to make the roof go down. If it flashes at you, then you probably don't have the divider in the trunk pulled out.

3. The little round knob in the center console is for adjusting the mirrors. Use it like a joystick.

this forum is the owner's manual + so much experience...so it's excellent especially if you can't get something figured out. Otherwise, the other questions have been answered.
