question regarding headlight sensors in a 2003 sl500?

Hi,
Does anyone know where the sensors are for sl500 series Mercedes, I have a headlight out and really don't want to pay a fortune at the dealer!! thanks!!

Hard to understand question about "sensors."

Why not just change the burned-out bulb?

Removes from rear and you can see it by looking into the headlight to determine its location.
