Question on aftermarket!

Is there any possibility that installing the in-dash Pioneer DVD/Navigation AVIC-D2 could void my warranty? What kind of electrical issues could happen? I was warned of this by a friend and wasn't sure, I'm having a guy whose done Mercedes dvd/nav installs before and was just wondering what COULD happen. Thanks

If the dealer feels your "mod" has an effect your warranty will be "affected".
It narrows down to the system, if your trans blows little chance, if it is electrical crap shoot.
