I have a friend who is interested in buying a CLK. We went to look at one at the Mercedes-Benz dealership today and there was a beautiful 2000 CLK 430 AMG.
The car has at the moment 23 000 miles and is in absolute mint condition inside and out except...
All four AMG rims have pavent scratces below the tyre rim. (Is it better to replace or repair?)
The car is ice white and has the following features:
Grey leather interior
Telephone
Climate control
Sunroof
Telephone
Folding mirrors
Split rear seats
6 disc cd shuttle in boot
Rain sensor
The only extras it doesn't have is the Navigation system and the parktronic parking aid.
Are the above extras that are featured standard or optional?
Could someone please also give me a detailed breakdown of running cost and ownership problems or experiences. Does the car have the same problems found on the W210, since similar parts are used.
