Kerry, Saudi King discuss oil supply, U.S. official says,

Prices were already dropping. From your link...

Brent crude oil was little changed in trading on Friday following one of the international benchmark's biggest weekly falls this year due to reduced concerns over exports from Iraq.

Prices have dropped more than $2 from a nine-month high of $115.71 hit on June 19 as output from Iraq's southern oilfields, which produce most of that nation's 3.3 million barrels per day (bpd), remained unaffected by fighting in the north and west.

The Shale Boom Has Already Gone Bust - At Least for Now
,

A logical consequence to falling oil prices. From your link...

“Many years ago we were told by a veteran of the commodities business that the secret to making money was to ‘buy it when they hate it and sell it when they love it,’” he wrote. “We do not base our decisions on nostrums but there is a certain logic to this old saw. The market is forward-looking. If the consensus is universally bearish then that view will already be reflected in the price.”

The Boomerang Effect: Sanctions on Russia Hit German Economy Hard

I'm still missing the evidence to support the "thousands" of jobs lost in Germany because of the sanctions when in fact Russia's economy was already contracting. From your link...

Even prior to the latest sanctions, business has been slowing in almost all sectors. The Düsseldorf-based energy giant E.on, for example, recently built power stations in Russia worth €9 billion. Most of the generators are already online, but because the economy in Russia is suffering, the returns are much lower than forecast. Volkswagen is a further example. The carmaker's sales figures for 2014 are 10 percent lower than they were last year. Opel's figures dropped by 12 percent during the first five months of the year.

Already, Opel has been forced to take a radical step. In St. Petersburg, where the Astra is manufactured, the company shut down the assembly lines recently for several weeks.
Enjoy!

I did. Now tell us how the price of junk bonds affect the value of the dollar... I'll wait.

Meanwhile, think about how ridiculous some of these claims are. You, Dis and others here actually believe that by Kerry meeting with a prince in SA the US can control the price of oil globally. That's your claim.

And yes, that's how ignorant it is.

Some things never change, but you'd have to be deaf dumb and blind not to notice.

Yes, obviously W had a lot of influence on the price of oil... but he decided to throw the election.

And the ridiculous nonsense continues from the Putin boys...

How old is russia?
1000 years? More?
2 to 3 times as old as the US?
Why are we so much more advanced, well off, healthy and happy (based on suicide and alcoholism rates)

They had 500 year head start
We were a country shorn out of virgin country by transplants

Yet we excel over russia in every possible metric
And no stalins or putins in the closet

Yet we excel over russia in every possible metric
Including these:

Greenhouse emissions Rank: US 2, Russia 5
Global Arms Supplier Rank: US 1, Russia 2
Incarceration Rate per 100,000: US 707, Russia 470

But not this one:

Literacy Rate: Russia 99.7%, US 99%

U$A! U$A!

And no stalins or putins in the closet
Putin was head of the KGB, Bush I was Director of the CIA. The difference is that Putin has real power and the President of the US - whoever it is - is just a sock puppet.

As you are obviously a rabid patriot I'm surprised that you're not appalled at the pace at which the Constitution is being dismantled.

That's because in Russia most of the criminals are still on the outside running the petrol station and lining their pockets.
While in the US the criminals are running the banks and the government and making laws that screw over citizens. Just imagine what the incarceration rate would be if they were in prison.

So Bush did run in 2008?

I said it before and I'll say it again: You can't argue with stupid.
Trouble is stupid will keep trying to argue with you.

Let's look at the facts.
Lets look at what Putin has accomplished, and compare it with the same time frame for US presidents.
Putin starts as Russian president with unrest in Chechnya, terrorist attacks in Russia, carried out by islamist fanatics.
Putin goes in hard, kills all the terrorists and their sympathizers.
Big win for Russia.
He then starts taking back the resources stolen by criminals, the Russian people love him.
Putin makes Russia Europe's gas station. The Russian people love him.
Putin holds a referendum in Crimea, very peaceful and free.
They vote to become an independent state in the Russian federation.
The people love him.

2000, Bush cheats, and claims he's won the election.
NYC is attacked, just what Bush and the neocons want.
America needs a new enemy, a bogeyman to scare the sheeple.
This works. The war on terror begins.
He invades Afghanistan, thousands of innocent Afghani's die. One down.
Two years later he invades Iraq, a million Iraqi's die over the next few years. Did he find those WMD's? Did he fuck. Thanks Bush. Two down.
He wins in 2004 by cheating, no one says a thing.
Bush is ignoring the domestic economy. The real estate bubble bursts, Wall St has been lying and cheating.
Because he's too busy destroying the middle east, the crooks at home misplace 17 trillion dollars.. have you got it?
No, it's probably in the same place as the WMDs. lol.
Bush Cheney, Rumsfeld are all war criminals and mass murderers.

Along comes Obama, Mr Transparent Nobel peace prize winner. Hahaha.
He gets the troops out of Iraq to concentrate on Afghanistan.
Fucks up both places.
He decides Libya's civilians are in danger, so he wipes out the Libyan military and hands over a successful state to Al Qaeda.
Who hand it on to ISIS. Thanks Obama. Three out of three.
Now the Libyan people are in real danger from islamist fanatics, Obama is missing.
After the islamist fanatics have destroyed Libya, he ships them on to Syria.
So far nearly 250,000 Syrians are dead, why?
WTF did Syria have to do with Obama?
So he's handed north Africa over to Al Qaeda and ISIS. Thanks Obama.
He's trying to do the same to Syria. Another fuck up. Four out of four. Untold numbers of innocent civilians are dead.
Has he solved the middle east problems?
Has he fuck, it's worse now than its ever been. Thanks Obama.
Do any of the Washington neocon crowd have a clue what they're doing?
Do they fuck.

The scores.
Putin kills a few thousand Chechen terrorists.
Chechnya is now safe.

In the mean time all these years in USA politics, Bush and Obama have killed over a million brown people.
Did they fix any of the countries they've invaded, or had others invade for them. Not one, they're all far worse than if there had been no American involvement.

Bush and Obama kill a few thousand terrorists, and a million innocent civilians.
Iraq, Syria, and Libya, have all been destroyed, the people are refugees, trying to escape ISIS. A million Africans heading to Europe as refugees. Thanks Obama.
It would have been better if the US and allies had stayed away from the middle east. The longer they stay, the worse it gets.
They go from one mess to the next.
The war on terror, set up by the USA is expected to last 100 years.
Who won? lol.

@GreenT: misdirection doesn't work. You asked for facts, I gave you articles, then you blabbered on about junk bonds and some nonsense about Bush in the 2008 election (oBOMBa vs McInsane).

Ganted, facts are subjective and the media exists only to sell advertising, but if you want to have an intelligent discussion you have to at least try to be intelligent. That would be the basis for a much more interesting discussion. Care to give it a go?

Information is not knowledge, knowledge is not wisdom.

No, I have better things to do than argue with mental midgets that can't even get a simple reference.

Your claim that by just meeting with a prince we can control the price of oil is annihilated by the fact Bush couldn't do it when his house was on fire just before the election. Get it?

Btw, inB4 you ask 'what house on fire?'

GreenT: Insults are the last resort of the desperate.

Misdirection actually does work, but in this case only on you. Keep imagining that you and Bill O'Rielly know the truth and everything will be just fine.
As you are apparently incapable of intelligent thought I am done here. You can lead a mule to water but you can't make it drink.

Please feel free to consider screaming insults as loud as you can a win. I'm sure you already have.

Have a nice day. :)

Ingenieur if the US excels in everything, why does it need to sabotage the Russian economy?
Why start coups and install fascist governments in countries that border on Russia?
Just what is Washington scared of?
How's the US economy going these days?
