Hardly likely worth anything near that kind of money. Stay with NGK - BP6EF or Denso T20EP-U plugs. Pure copper non-resistor plugs as called for by MB.

Several years ago on a Corvette C6 forum there was a major discussion on the merits of the Pulstar plug.
The manufacturer got involved and provided free plugs for independent dyno testing.
The theory behind the plugs is spot on.
The dyno runs did show and improvement in power, but within the dyno tolerance.
In essence they didn't hurt and possibly were beneficial.

You have to keep in mind the differences beteween the two ignition systems.
The current Delco systems are extremely adaptive via the ECU to whatever is going on in the engine and the ambient.

The MB ignition be it distributor M103 or Spark coil M104 is very rigid and must operate within fixed specifications for top performance.
Changing plugs, wires, coil from OEM spec/design will typically decrease performance.

As Jayare mentioned use the plugs that are factory matched to your engine !

Forget it. That money can be much better spent elsewhere on your 124.

You can install Nology Silver plugs (non-resistor) that will work well - possibly better than copper electrode plugs. I have used them for a few years in my M103 '90 300E and recently installed them in my "new" W123 230 w/M115 engine. A little pricey compared with standard copper electrode plugs but no where as costly as those above. Check the site below to read up on this plug.
