I bought 2 a while back, put one on my truck.

With the exchange rate and shipping my starting bid is pretty close to the true cost.

No - my license plate isn't 2 - I was editing it out of the photo and decided to have some fun.

I think the Cardinal of the Chicago Catholic church has #2. I'm guess a G wouldn't be his car of choice either.

You can buy the Puch logo from http://www.fastforward.ca/vanagon/
They sell them for the Syncro Vanagon crowd. USD $33 I think.[:0]

A G should NEVER have gold trim! Or any car in my opinion.
mb230's you sound like a candidate for conversion back to the original yellow hood turn signals instead of the new "clear-corners". I like the body collored bumpers better on the new trucks, but the yellow lights (which illuminate as parking lights) are a personal favorite highlight to the truck (in silver and black anyway).

I do have some "mods" in mind.

The current style signals don't bother me. I'm sure there are people willing to trade if I wanted to make the switch.

I'd like to remove my running boards. The unofficial poll w/ the ladies isn't encouraging, they don't feel it would be very lady-like to attempt the climb w/ a skirt and no running boards. So far I'm the only one voting to remove.

When I get my new tires (leaning towards Nittos) I may add the thicker spring pads just to safe guard against any chance of rubbing at full articulation.
