I have a couple of issues which my local mb specialist has looked at and diagnosed the pse pump to be faulty. There is no air or vac going to the rear doors - they swapped over the lines to the front doors to test - also only one of the rear headrests will lift pneumatically. If this is a pump fault would it not be possible to "Tee" in the pipe for the rear doors into the front pipe and the same for the headrests?, does anyone know which pipes on the pse goes to these items.

There should be total of 8 lines (more if you have other options). 5 for doors and trunk, 1 for gas lid, 1 for rear headrest and 1 for seats.
You can try putting a T and see if it works until you get the pump later.
There is only one line going to the rear headrest from the control pump, it doesn't make sense that only one works and the other 2 don't.
I don't know if the connectors are marked at the pump but it shouldn't be too difficult to figure out which goes where.
I hope it helps.

Thank's for that info, headrest problem must be trapped or blocked pipe then, should be easily fixable, just need to find out which pipes do the doors, like you say shouldn't be too hard to suss out

Bodged!

For anyone interested in saving the cost of replacing the pse if 1 or 2 door outputs from the pse stop working, you can T the door pipes together and there is sufficient pressure/vac from the pse to work 2 doors from each outlet. The pipes that work the doors are marked FT(right front) BFT(left front) FOL(left rear) FOR(right rear):)

For anyone interested, the problem with the rear headrest was caused by the air bag that pushes the headrest up tearing off it's mounting - 2 cable ties and it's now fixed
