Last night I repaired my faulty PSE by removing the two 18 pin connectors and cleaning up the corrosion on the PCB. The advice of another member worked great. Heat the pins up one at a time with a soldering iron. The plastic will soften and allow them to pull free. A few pins had corroded through and were no longer making contact.

Anyhow here is the wire color codes to the connector pin numbers. It looks like these vary by model or year but anyhow here is the diagram in case anyone wants to tackle the job. All together it took me a few hours from start to finish, taking notes and crimping new connectors on to allow removal again if needed.

The first color is the primary wire color with the stripe being the secondary. Be careful as there is a BRN/BLK and BLK/BRN.

Are you talking about the PSE for the door locks or the PSE for the integrated phone?
