1993 400E ~166,000 miles

Hey i think this sites awesome. Its good to see its so helpfull.
In october or '04 i garaged my car, before it sat i had the oil changed, fresh tank of gas with seafoam, and some other basic things. I tried to start my '93 400E up mid febuary and it didnt want to turn over. Battery is fine. So then i changed the spark plugs, recomend bosch plugs. And still the same noise. Im in Minnesota so it gets prety cold. Does it just need to be warmer.
Anyone here of this happening?
Any recomondations?
Im worried about it. Please help its my first car... my babay lol.

My 92' 400E has been sitting for over a year.
I hope I don't have this problem. All fluids have
been drained.
