You guys need to be careful, as the picture shows of the one above.....it looks like the old copper crush washer wasn't removed and the new one installed on top of it. On the lift pump the old crush washer gets stuck in and needs to be picked out before the new copper crush washer and primer go on....if you miss this step you can have an air leak....

Thanks for the heads up, I will double check myself and see if I did that. I know that the copper you see below the primer is the new washer and not the old one. I'm sure I'm fine but now you got me worried I did that.

check and make sure....the old ones is probably underneath it....usually it is black and people don't know it is a washer...assume its part of the lift pump....the new copper washer should sit flush with the top of the lift pump....if the old crush washer was removed...
