I am considering to purchase a new 2008 e350 with P1 and sports pkg.

In my area, I know a similarly equipped 2009 e350 is selling for around $46k.

Given it being a year older, the 2009 COMAND upgrades, and the 1.9% financing on the 2009, what is a fair price for the 2008?

With the incentives on the 2009, should I even be considering the 2008?

Any and all thoughts are appreciated. Thanks

Take a look at what used '08 with normal mileage are valued (ebay completed listings, NADA, KBB, Edmonds, etc.). That's all I'd pay in today's economy. Consider it a used car with zero miles. When you sell it in five to seven years, you will come out OK. MB and other manufacturers are trying to lease additional land in LA to store all the cars sitting on ships in the harbor. They will do most anything to get inventory off the lots.
