Looking at the plans for my 2011 E350 I find a 2year/20,000 mile plan is $619: or one A and one B service. A 3yr/30,000 plan is $769; An A a B and A. But a 4yr/40,000 is $1760. The only thing you get at the 4 yr point that is not in the 2yr/20,000 service is a transmission fluid and filter change, an air filter change and a few visual inspections. This is worth $991 more?
Can someone show me how this is a reasonable fee or is this just one huge ripoff?

Don't know how to understand virtue of going with the plan but with my new 2012 BlueTec, I did not go with it. I believe you can buy into plan if you wish when first service is due.
