Check E'bay or your local wreckers , many times on e'bay there are sets of lights going cheap ,depends how much you willing to pay for them .
A rare set of LED"s on e'bay now is at $ 257 .
Ad any light from 94 & up at the rear those are a (reflector) 3 piece set with lights unlike the earlier models 2 piece set for reflector & two lights seperately .
The front headlights are a little more complicated , stick with your year for them to be sure even that I would get any year model for mine ,they will fit just the same into the chassis but might require a slight modification with the wiring ,they changed from early to mid 95 then again later on ,xenons etc , some have 4 pins & the majority 5 , the 5th pin I think it was for the parking lights setup or something like that ,nothing major .
All W140 Headlights from 91 to 99 are the same fitting ,they all will fit at the front ,check your plug connection on your car then compare it on the one you buying ,then go from there .

No as the trunk is different on a 94
Lee , I could well be wrong but the 94's should already have the rounded corners like late models , unless maybe he has a real early 94 , he should post a pic of the front & rear of his car , then we know for sure or the month build date .
The car in the link below is an 1994 S320 with these lights here in the e'bay link provided, early 94 models still have the square older trunk lights .

1994 S320 .
