Power Steering Pump Pulley

Well I have tried everything I know to get the power steering pump pulley off. Heat, penetrating oil and brute strength all to no avail. The auto stores have a puller that has two collars that goe around the pulley collar but its not big enough. Does anyone know if the tool on ebay will work on these pumps. They don't state the size and I thought someone might have tried one. Also if someone has another idea I am open

I used a three jaw large puller for mine, the MB tool is pricey but of course works. What is the link to the tool you found?
