Whom ever is taking the pictures does a lovely job of avoiding the drivers side seat bolster!

That looks like my car, same interior. However, I have like 270K miles on mine.
I would say you need more pictures, check the seats specially the side where the drier enter the car. The paint can be bad, photos don't do a great job at showing that.
Remember: suspension, suspension suspension. Other than that the car is great.

thanks...

What do you guys think of a 1990 560SEL with under 64k miles on it? Its silver on gray, has records showing all scheduled maintenance was done at the dealership. Its owned by an enthusiast. Car is a southern car with no rust, and in very good shape. How much should I offer?

I would offer $5000 for the first car and $8000 for the second. Remember you can always bid higher, but never lower.
No its not an auction. Its private sales.

Although we’ve not seen the car I like the idea of complete service records. Again, $6500 USD since it has records and if a mechanic says she’s ok. You don’t want to make too high of a first offer.

NO [email protected] Sherlock!! I was just stating that when negotiating the purchase of a car, the person is more desperate to sell the car then you are to buy it, for the most part, thus the need for dealerships. Therefore you are at an advantage, and you should exploit your advantage to its full potential.
