For the most part you would not notice the car seat if it weren't for the small flush mounted front handle. It's a nice option, easy to raise and lower but I don't know that I would opt for this verses a removable car seat. Kids don't stay small for long so you have to justify how long they will actually use this.
With the car seat down it looks absolutely just like a regular car seat. The seams and sewing layout are identical. Again the only tell tale is the front flush handle, thats it.
