Someone on the other forum said that the dash can easily taken out using a special tool or by modifying a wire hanger.

I am unsure with this method but I had one of my lights on my cluster go out. As my warranty was quickly expiring, the Service Advisor quoted me 4 hour labor time to take out and put back the dash in order to get the light bulb replaced. At $100 per hour, that's a pricy bulb replacement. As I got it repaired under warranty, I didn't look into labor times, etc. If your car is not under warranty, try the first method suggested and see if it can be done.
Good luck.

Getting the cluster out is easy....

It simply slides right out without removing any screws at all. Just use a flat-head screwdriver, or preferably a plastic tool so you don't ruin your interior and pry it out. Thats the easy part. The hard part is figuring out how to unplug the 2 harnesses behind it! Not too much room to see how to release it. Let me know if you figure it out!!

Start with...

the bottom right-hand corner. Pull it out a little, then move over to the left-hand corner and do the same. Then place both hands on the inner sides, and slide out! Let me know if you figure out how to remove the harnesses...-John
