I am in the process of setting up my own website, but thought I'd give something for starters. I have given links below to Printroom where i currently have some albums up.

I've also listed below some of the upgrades I have made to my SEC's. My website will feature full photo write-ups on some of the mods, i.e. heated electric REAR seats in the SEC, fitting full lumbar support, AMG camshafts, AMG rear diff, AMG springs, auto-lock at 8mph, First gear start, 1-touch windows, twin electric wing mirrors, refurbishment of multi-piece alloy wheels, fitment of full sat-nav etc etc. All the work has been done by myself - no external techs involved.

I hope to have the website up later this year.

The 500SEC AMG will be changing significantly - both power plant and body. The 560SEC is in the process of receiving a gorgeous original Brabus front apron.

Talbir,

Great pictures.[8D]

I particularily enjoyed seeing more pictures of your SECs that were not used in the Mercedes World article.

Quite an inspiration. Puts my white 560 SEC to shame.[:(]

Talbir a "MAN with a PASSION" your coupes are a terrific achievement!! Question: Could you e-mail me in regards to you dual horns and instalation requirements. As to your 560 SEC ? the grille color, and the mud guards.

Heres a shot of my 560 SEC Euro with only 64,000 Klms, has the 300 engine and Blue Velour Interior.

PS a great collection.

Hi all,

Thanks for the comments.

Gary - I'll email you once I dig out the schematic for the dual horn switch. It's very straightforward, only 4 wires to hook up, but I'll dig out the part no.s you need for the switch and pin bushing housing etc. and of course the wiring.

The mudflaps I actually sold a few months back - I thought they didn't really sit well with the 8.5J and 10J 3-piece alloys. Mudflaps work with stock alloys and tyres, but no with AMG's big boots !

cheers
Talbir

Wow, that is a fine collection of cars you have. [:p]

The website sounds like an excellent idea. I can't wait to see it once you have it all completed. Your write-ups will definitely come in handy.

Talbir,
I am thinking of adding a 500E to my fleet. Can you provide some feedback and recommendations on the 500E. Which year is best? How much should I expect to spend? Will it seat 4 people comfortably? What is the HP? How does it compare to 560SEC? Etc, etc, etc.
Thanks

I am wondering about your AMG cams for your 560 SEC. How much did they cost and is it necessary to purchase other things if I could find and buy some AMG cams? I have a Euro and apparently I need a new cam(s). Anyone know how much a regular cam cost?
