This is a feature of your phone, not the car. The car's bluetooth system will comply to the bluetooth standards and if your phone has the ability to switch off of a handset call in progress then the car will comply with that command. If you have a Windows Mobile 6 phone you would find this option under Menu --> Turn Hands Free Off

On a Blackberry, while on the call, press the option button and scroll down to activate handset.

Cool thanks!
Now, how can you continue a conversation when you turn off the engine while talking? :D
If you're still in the car, don't remove the key and your conversation will continue.

If you need to leave the car, you have to take the call private before you remove the key or you will lose your call.
