picking up 03 today

are dealers giving any discounts on 03 C320. got mine fully loaded with about a 1000 off for $40,700 retail is 41,695. anyone getting better deal? either that or buying 2002 Clk430 for $45,500 in pristine condition and low miles. what should I do?
