Roger Penske, a legend of American motor racing, has bought not only the Indycar series, but also the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

The Captain is always making good deals. There is little doubt he will improve the series and the Speedway.

I don't know how much of the old 2000 - 2007 track substance can still be used, but to me, an F1 track as part as the Indianapolis motor speedway makes more sense than Miami, where a few retirees are blocking the process.
Formula 1 / Liberty really screwed up as their people at the Miami hearing had no F1 counter arguments prepared.
How about a Monaco GP impact study?
Obviously, at COTA money needs to be invested as the track is said to be sinking.
As someone who follows F1 for 50+ years, Indy, COTA, and Miami?
Bring it on, the more the merrier.

Re Miami opposition, Melbourne is an impact study that should be presented as well.
