I noticed that my 2014 E350 is making a very clear clicking sound on the passenger side recently. The car still runs well without any errors. Any idea where this sound is coming from? Could it be the fuel pump? I don’t have this sound on driver side.

Clicking or "ticking" from the engine compartment can be the upper end - valves, valve guides - or a pully.
