Whoops, this is a manual winder window... I forgot to post that!

Does anyone have a drawing or exploded view of the parts of a driver's door window regulator? Mine came without a spring, and a piece of wood holds the window up. I now have the spring, but there must be something that holds the spring on, no? I can't find an exploded view to see how this goes back together properly without the spring just falling off again and again. Thanks.

Thank you for that! Do you know what holds the spring on to the winder? I have a winder, and I have a new spring, but there is just a split circle of metal that the spring goes on, but nothing (in my case) to hold the spring on. So, when I tilt the winder 90 degrees to install it, the spring generally just falls off that split metal circle of steel it is supposed to sit on. I can't figure it out.
