Hey, i just bought my 99 clk cab and it came with the hid's. I think it looks cheesy with the yellow lights next to my normal headlights. I pulled the bulb out and have never seen anything like it. Anyone know where i can possibly get that bulb in a hyper white?? thanks

about the closest I have seen at the AdvancedOptik from www.ambulbs.com They are not HID but again, the closest I have seen.

word of advice. jst put that bulb back and get over it.
I ve been that route my friend trying to make the whole front match the hids and all that crap.
it costed a lot of headache, blown fuses , bulbs , check bulb msg etc.,....

I bought the Advanced Optiks bulbs from Ambulbs.com and it was a total waste of money and time. I believe that the lenses have a slight tint on them because when I changed one bulb, it looked identical to stock.

Rick...I just bought the city light 6w bulb in
which you are referring from hoen.com. They were
not cheap at $29/pair but im very happy w/ the look
versus the nasty yellow looking stock bulbs. After i installed, my computer told me that i had 1 malfunction, but then went off after about 1 hour
of driving.
