how come there's no EGR valves, air pumps, catalytic converters, upshift delay on these ?
does Pagani Zonda have to prove it's worth more power, taking them off ?
do they have to post "before/after" track times ?
no. they just don't put them on in the first place. ask yourself why.
because it's understood. you don't need no emissions controls.

why aren't they saving the environment ??
everyone chime in, let's make fun of the horsepower they created...
what hackers, no muffler ! there's no refinement....
ain't that right guys ?
I want PROOF that is makes 740 HP, I want before/after track times !!

There may be an emissions exemption for limited production vehicles.
any vehicles 25 years old or older, are exempt from emissions testing here,
in the state of Pa. USA., once tagged with an antique plate/registration.
you can then remove the emissions controls with prejudice, shamelessly...
and legally. I did. the only way to fly !
actual tailpipe sniffer tests are only required in Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, and Philadelphia,
for newer vehicles. outside those areas, tailpipe tests are also not required.
these laws are not strictly enforced here. happy motoring !

Interesting that the 1999, which is the same M120 in my 99S600 only has ten (10) more HP, even with the Cat. Must be the AMG tuning!

Comparing the Pagani to a stripped down 1994 M120 is like apples and potatoes!

The Zonda cannot be purchased in the US as it is not street legal. It was never crash tested. I guess Horatio did not want to waste a $2M car so a few Americans could buy one. The first Zondas listed at $280K. The last three in 2017 sold at $17.5M, each.
