Padded armrest for an 07 e350

Had my 07 e350 sport a couple of weeks and cant stand not having a padded armrest. Does anyone where you can buy a padded armrest?

I would love to know of a fix for no padded arm rest. Owned this car for 13 years. Only 72k miles. I am tired of getting dead right arm.
any suggestions would be appreciated.
