I've replaced the oxygen sensor on my '95 E320 wagon and according to the trouble code that was the problem but the check engine light is still on. Does anyone know how to reset the code without going to a shop? I tried disconnecting the battery and that worked for a while.

Well, not off hand, but if you are still throwing codes then there is more going wrong then just a sensor. I have seen 02 sensor codes thrown when the throttle slide was on it's way out.. Have also seen random codes as wiring harneses begin to fail.

How many miles on your wagon?

Just turned 102K. Car runs great. It was running fine even before changing O2 sensor.
