Just picked up a 06 CLK in Blue but it has heavy rattle can sprayed anywhere he bumped it over the years. What is the best way to get the overspray off so I can have a car that is all one color. People.... I hate em!

Its on the passenger side wing, I am slowly getting it back to the original color that is under the paint.
I guess instead of a touch up pen he just gave it a wave or two with the rattle can!
Its coming off but It might have been Base/Clear without clear coat, either way the right wing has a few small dents but the rest of the fender is perfect.
