Follow the link to see a bunch of 1/4 mile runs from Treynor's SL65.

Best run is 11.38 @ 127.2

Thanks for the post... nice vid.
That pickup truck putting up a time of 11.0 was pretty impressive...

A tripod would have been apperciated.

I think it is hillarious that the SL65 was warned to slow it down. He had made too many sub 11.5 passes. I am very interested to see what happens when he gets a new program from RENNtech. The car is stock except for Drag Radials and the RENNtech ECU. I am waiting for the first 10.9 pass by a relatively stock SL65.

I have never been to a track like that one, but why would they care if he was making a lot of sub 11.5 runs? Is that not the point... to go as fast as possible?

The biggest help is the drag radials in back. During the AMG GTG we had a couple of weeks ago a women piloted her SL65 to a 12.0 1/4 mile. First time on the track in any vehicle.

I believe the RENNtech (and Kleeman) run 26 psi vs. the stock 22. Comparing a Kleeman SL65 to a stock SL65 (with only 2400 miles) on the dyno resulted in a difference of ~40hp. I can't remember the torque difference, I will have to look through the photos I took of the dyno runs.
