This is a strange question.... but since I have noticed that many of the great R170 owners are from this neck of the woods.....

Does anyone have a place or a lead on a place that my family (five of us) can stay near/in London for 6/23 7/2 or so?

My daughter is going to Cambridge for a quarter.... well and I want to fulfill a llifelong dream of going to Wimbledon to see some tennis.

Any leads/advice is appreciated!

Anyone wanting to come out to Tahoe... well I can hook you up!

I'm not in London but if you want to see tennis at Wimbledon then be prepared to either pay for package (and not cheap -especially at $2 = £1) or queue overnight for tickets. General tickets are allocated in a ballott and this was done by the end of March. If can go it is great though - we 'won' seats in the ballott last year for centre and No1 - really enjoyable.

Try the house swap websites as well - Brits often happy to try, particularly for a large US holiday area in June, though UK school holidays do not start till 20th July typically.

Enjoy whatever happens - we are assured that it will not be as wet this year as last.........
