A friend of mine asked me this week if I was interested in going on the 2013 MBCA visit to MB Germany.

The trip lasts 6 days and costs $2500 per person, but you have to pay your own airfare and buy your own meals & drinks.

More info here about the 2012 trip:

PS: I declined - a bit out of my league and I no longer belong to MBCA.

Back when I was into BMW's, went to the museum in 1989. I've been back to Germany about 8 or more times, but just blew by Stuttgart.

I do recommend the Auto & Technik Museum in Sinsheim and the Technik Museum in Speyer

I thought the price was a little steep until I read that they provide you with an "escort" for the entire trip. All of the sudden it seems like a really nice deal. Who knew the Germans would be so generous? :)
