I have a 2000 s430, cant open the trunk, cant open with button inside, key broken, and did the battery connector ubder the kick panel, this used to work.

Ouch!
What was not shown was you will have to break that entire part to get to that trunk latch. There is an additional 6 bolts inside holding that part to the trunk (2000-2002). Those 6 other bolts keep that part from rattling against the trunk itself.
So be prepared to by a new or rather a used one in the same color as your car.

Is the battery low or dead?
Is the key that is broken the electronic key fob, or the steel key?
