So last Friday I finally washed my 07 C230 after (forgive me) 3 and a half months. There were quite a few baked-on bug guts and the dirt/dust had really clouded up the car to say the least. Brake dust on the wheels was sheer insanity. I was using Optimum No Rinse as I'd heard some good-to-great reviews about it, but was still a bit skeptical as the idea of a no-rinse wash defied logic (for me anyways). I don't have any pictures of the process or before and afters, but let me tell you that the guys behind ONR really have an amazing product out there. All I did was give the car a quick rinse at the local coin-op car wash, and then use the ONR with a car wash mitt, dunking it in a separate water bucket to clean it off before using more ONR solution, wiping it off the car with auto detailing cloths from Costco. I had mixed in 4 capfuls of the solution into 2 gallons of water (twice the capful amount what the bottle recommends). The result of the one-hour effort with ONR was a car that looked like it had never been dirty. I highly recommend this stuff to anyone who can't do a traditional wash, or wants to maintain their car between washes. I may be preaching to the choir on that, but I just wanted to share my experience with it for the rest of us newbies  .
