My new to me 2002 CLK320 has HID's for headlights, but the right headlight doesn't burn bright white for long. It starts out pretty much like the left, then turns yellow. The guys at the dealers say it could be a new bulb was put in prior to me purchasing the car and it just needs more time to come up to working temperature. Man, this is news to me, any thoughts from the masses?

one dim bulb is just probably older. Installing a set of new bulbs would probably fix the problem. eBay has hid bulbs for around $50.
When I bought my first set of hid bulbs, I needed them right away. I ended up paying $100 for 6k bulbs that can be found on eBay for $40.
