so the "lamp out indicator" comes on . I look at every lamp - all working . I assume this warning is only for exterior lamps?
I did find something out though that I did not know . I have a rear fog lamp
Anyways , any ideas?

I'm guessing you know that there is only one rear fog lamp. ;)

Did you run the procedure outlined in the stickies so you can isolate the circuit? That will help track it down.

The most commonly overlooked issue is one of the two license plate bulbs. If only one blows, you'll have the malfunction but it will look okay...until you inspect more closely.

Check that and run the procedure, let us know what you find.

Good luck.

looks like the front fogs must be the socket because they are working now

Common issue. The connectors are cool, but a crappy design. There's a repair kit at the stealer or you can use 1/4" spade connectors, if you do a search you'll find threads on it, there might also be something in the stickies.

Good luck.
