Get the pump locking tool. Or a mirror and a helper to eyeball the blade on the IP cam for the locking tool. There is a port with a bolt in it on the side of the rear of the pump for the tool, and as the engine rotates eventually a blade goes past the port. At that point it should be 14 degrees atdc on the crank.
Take a look at the injection section of the manual. It has the procedure for using the adjusting bolt to move the pump a few degrees forward or back.
