oil pan gasket are GONE !!!

After craw under the car and look very close I find out that oil was leaked at front and back of the oil pan .Is anybody replace oil pan gasket before? and do I need a special type of sealant for that gasket? Cause I really love my old benz and can't afford $$$ to pay at Stealer ( oh my mistake MB dealer ).Thanks for your input and Happy motoring !

Did the pan gasket on my wife`s 16V when I had to take it apart for broken chainrails. Ya it was a nightmare. Had to hoist the motor to clear the center cross member. I used a sealant, but have been told it is not recommended.
