Hi.
Sometimes the oil-light comes on when coasting down longer slopes.
The oil pressure keeps up at 4kg all the time, and the oil-level at stand-still is at medium all the time..
There's never a drop in pressure, neither hot nor cold.
Could the warning light be due to a bit to low level of oil ?
The level is in the middle of the stick, after standstill overnight at level ground..

As a general rule I've always kept the oil level at the top (or a hair above) the top line on the dipstick.

Thats what I think too. Add oil.

Another thing it could be are the cabels to the oil pressure sensor.
The cabels cracks up and you'll have short curcuit.
Same problem as the injection harness. :(

I rewired my harness to the oil pressur sensor.

I'll take a look at the wiring when I get tha car back from the garage..
The changed the bushings at the front lower wishbone today, and also the rear left wheelbearing.. It was really GONE they said..
But, they felt the need to replace the brakeshield at the same time. Because it was really rusted the said..

I'll get some oil soon.. And top up..
Thanx
