does anybody check there intake pipes on manifold side of motor. when i took my van in for a service to replace the injectors i noticed the intake pipe had come of. i was horrified to see oil and soot and large amounts of it, i thought turbos gone. Dont panic
it comes from the crank case it vents out through the top of the motor the turbo sucks these vapours part of the emission control, recycling vapours.Not good for the intercooler if it has one or the turbo. Must clean near services or remind them to do so. Worth looking at it, over filling of oil can also do this
yes drown the motor. has anyone had this problem.
