hi, i have a 1997 c250 w202. 262.000 miles on clock. i took off the top cover just cleaning stuff and nearly sh*t myself. the camshaft cover where all the injectors are had 2 of the wells filled up with oil. the 2 nearest the firewall.covering the injectors and leakoff pipes. anyone seen this before? any ideas where the oil is from?

i believe there are spark plug seals to keep the oil out. i think, but am not sure, that to change these you will get a valve cover gasket kit and have to remove the valve cover to replace them. maybe someone who has done this before has more data on it.
